So, I am considering to build a Dynacorn 67 fastback, my dream car and no it will NOT be an Eleanor clone
. Anyways, as any project of this magnitude I have to do a ton of research before diving in. My question is; What all will I need to get an ls based motor to run in the stang? So I'll probably obviously need the wiring harness and the PCM with some good tuning software such as HP tuners. Does anyone know of a good write-up where someone breaks this process down pretty good? Thanks for the help, Rob

^^ it happens from time to time. I'm a big ls fan and classic cars but if u want this to be a nice weekender and show off car a ls engine is not the right route. To be honest if I were u I would do a blown 4.6 or 5.4 engine swap or even without blower.
I'm not sure on the Company but u can prolly look it up on powerblock tvs website, they make standalone conversion harness that if I'm not mistaken its plug n play that uses factory ecu and can support n/a or supercharged.
They r doing this conversion to a mazda pickup now ..
That would be a bad *** stang to be.

but to answer your quesion all you will need is to get a wiring harness thats been converted to a standalone harness which will then be a plug and play system like 4-6 wires needs to be connected, plug in pcm n good to go.
Just make sure fuel pump is 58psi pump and has some kind of regulator on it..
Ppl make harnesses differently so depending on that you might have to splice the ob2 wires in yourself but should be labeled tho ..
anyone know bout the bcm question above?

I'm working on putting together a '67 coupe w/ an L33.
your choices are:
TCI front suspension w/ modified 4.6 mounts, converts to a M2 type front end w/ all new technology, removes shock towers, etc.
AJE w/ LS1 specific mounts, converts to a fox mustang style suspension, shrinks shock towers but still uses them.
or fab your own mounts, mod your own pan and keep the stock stuff.
I'm going the TCI route and trying to source a C4 vette rear suspension.
I'm going carbed so can't help w/ the EFI setup.
