Here's a brief teaser.

Wiring is being buttoned up this week. P/S lines, A/C hoses, Radiator and hoses, intercooler, Dr. X module installed for C6 Throttle body.

sounds good, I suspect your bypass is closed at idle (or the power steering is making noise). Check and make sure you have a good vac reference to the bypass canister.


***EDIT*** Watched the entire vid, that was the PS pump.

Thanks Brian,

The P/S pump wasn't connected to the hydroboost, so it was just filled and allowed to drain during this startup. It was making a little whine.

Still have the shift kit, rear 3.73 gears/posi, finish up dash and interior gauge wiring.

Need to build:

Coil Covers
A 4" aluminum intake ducting to filter housing.

Install intercooler radiator/pump/tank
Bleed hydroboost

Chrome the A/C Bracket

The oil pan holds 7 quarts, so I'm pretty comfortable with that. Add in another 1/2 quart for the cooler and lines.

Here's a video from the back of the truck, shot this afternoon:

Engine is cold, so it will idle down after warm up. It will be a little quieter with the new air induction pipe from the throttle body to the air filter housing.
