Yeah that's what I was thinking too but I have started the truck 4 times now without a hitch.

My uncle is one of those people that just "finds" things wrong with vehicles. Currently he is out of a car because he blew his turbo up on his 2017 Audi S6. He currently drives a mini van lol
It is kinda sad actually haha

Well, that's strange then. It's either adjusted properly or it's not. Of course, unless something is bad with the NSS internally. I don't know how the inside works though.

So did you abandon the 4L80e swap then? I figured you were sporting the 80e and doing burnouts on your way to Starbucks by now, LOL. I wonder why I never got any emails on your other thread?

You’ve at least got long tubes, cat back, intake, and a tune of some kind on the way right?

No, already has one, has a crappy one, haven’t decided
I didn’t count a cat-back as a mod plus it is like 20 years old, so not so great.

I am planning on doing an LS swap, direct fit harness no standalone stuff. I’m gonna get heat for my choice but I am planning a 416 stroker. May purchase a 6.2 within the coming weeks, not sure yet.
Car needs some TLC first.

Sorry about the trans shop and that its a family deal. That sucks all around.

Car is legit. LT1s sound awesome and can make some good power

No before pic but it was at like 278k or something. I got the cluster at 268k and swapped when I did my engine swap. I have dropped it down to what it should be. I would have had a before pic but I got too excited and forgot
What tool did you use to correct the milage? Looks good! I just got one done like that for my 06 now I need to get all the switches done to match.

Hell yes this thing is a blast to drive.

Believe it or not this is another one owner family car. Grandfather bought this in ‘96
I learned how to drive in this thing and this was my prom ride. My uncle took it with him to “repair and keep nice” I can tell you that did not happen lol

LT1s are fun. I seriously considered doing a 383 stroker but decided the LS platform would be better to continue working on and allows me to ditch all the crappy things *cough* optispark *cough*
