Nothing to report recently but I did move my wipers back to their proper positions. Although my AC won’t move vents it is stuck on defrost. Everything else seems to work though so not a big deal right now.

Cool thread! I'll have to read it in it's entirety and get some good mod ideas for my 99 👍.

Messing around yesterday I got my AFR gauge to come back on. I think I need to go back and reinsulate everything as I am pretty sure a wire was grounding out. Using my test light all connections seem to be working so I am happy with that.

Mark one thing off the list.

Got the blower motor actuator moving again the other day.

Drove the truck to work Friday morning, around noon I left for the day and stopped at the store. Walking out I noticed a puddle under the truck, figured it was there from before and thought nothing of it. Get home and see smoke and smell oil, bend down and oil is pouring out of somewhere. No idea where, how or why but apparently I blew a gasket or something. I had to leave for south Texas or else I would have looked but I may take a peak tonight.

Darn. Maybe a transmission cooler line? Those could dump ATF over the exhaust. Did you put back those little plastic retainers over the little clips at the connectors?

When I did mine a few weeks ago I put zip ties on mine. It's ghetto, but for now I figured. I think they sell replacements. I'll remember to look for them on RockAuto next time I buy something from them.

Definitely oil and not ATF that is for certain. It is also coming from the driver side of the engine as well.
They do sell replacements, you can get them at VatoZone, ask me how I know lol

Yes! I believe it was my oil pressure sensor that I installed about 6 months ago. Reached my hand back behind my engine and seemed pretty oily. Oil pressure sensor had come completely hand loose. Gorilla tightened it and let the truck run a bit and it seemed to be better. I have yet to drive it on the road as I just have not had time. May bring it out for the rest of this week though.
