The loose ends take for ever!! Had to move the fuel lines out of the way, finish connecting the harness, extent the IAT sensor, wire the 4L80, hook up the linkage, wrapped the headers, etc.

Almost done:

Here are the new driveshafts - for those who want to know the measurements;

Front is 33"
Rear is 43"

I went with 1350's front and rear sealed and solid u-joints for the rear driveshaft. Went 3R for the front driveshaft. The front driveshaft is close to the trans because it is larger than the factory shaft.

I still have to:

Hook up the trans cooler
Tap the PCM for the 4l80, efans, customer OS for EFI Live.
Update the tune for the 60# injectors, custom OS, and 4l80

It is getting close!!

So what happend to the old truck??? Did you swap the 14 bolt too???

Do you need a factory calibration from a 6.0 /4L80E truck from EFI Live???

Got rid of the ecsb. I kept the 14 bolt and swapped it into the rcsb.

I pulled a tune from file depot, did a segment swap for the 4L80e, and upgraded to an 02 OS. I still need to do the COS5 for the 2 bar map, transfer over the efan settings, plug in the IFR rates for the new injectors, disable the MAF, eliminate the rear 02's, and I think that is about it. My plan is to put it in semi closed loop so that if the VE table is off, it wont go too rich or lean.

Anything I am forgetting?
