Default Frame paint help

Looking for a top coat to go over Zero Rust paint, as they recommend a top coat. POR 15 is out of the question, for those that are familiar with it I am in a "high salt" region, with in 1/4 mile of ocean. Zero rust is supposed to do better with salt than POR. I had a truck that the PO re-did with POR and the frame scaled within a year of buying it. Any advice from anyone that has used Zero Rust would be greatly appreciated. Redoing the frame for a 02 Land Rover for my dad. Believe it or not the stock exhaust and brake lines outlasted the frame! Let me know what has worked for you! Thanks, John
