No, not even close to free air. To be free air, there would be a zero net compression. The subs are 15's. You are correct on the 6" ports, but they are not even 15" long. No where near enough volume to negate the boxes 8.5cuft gross volume(after port displacment). To be free air you would have to have a port volume larger than enclosure volume (obviously not possibel), even then you end up in an IB siuation which is still not free air.

I made some progress!
I got the 2 pieces of the "clamshell" rough sanded.
Then the top decided it no longer wanted to be a part of the project!
Got the skeleton put together.
Plan for today it's to get it top coated and wrapped.
