Goin to get my wife a truck, her turn for a project
Goin to Baton Rouge to get my wife a 2002 RCSB 2wd 4.8 silverado, on the way back to SWFL I am gonna stop in vero beach and swap a stepside bed on it (it's even the same color), then the mods start. Think a 2/4 drop is in order, CAI, roll pan, whatever it takes to get the interior to her satisfaction, 255/55/17's on the later model 5 star silverado wheels, a freer flowin but mellow exhaust, soft tonneau cover, and then off to the paint shop. This might be the fastest start to finish project I have done, cuz momma ain't got no wheels right now. She wants to paint it that new colorado orange, but I am gonna try and steer her to the current blue. Doesn't think she realizes whats quite involved in a repaint to make it look "right" , and no I couldn't find a truck closer, why is a V8 RCSB so hard to find? 
On a fun note, it does give me a couple days to goof off in Lousiana
any suggestions as to best roll pan, not overly loud exhaust, which drop kit to go with for cost and ride quality etc will be greatly appreciated. Not a noob to this stuff, but Gm's are a different flavor then what i'm used to. Been usin the search function but still have a few questions and details to work out.

that trucks nice. you should swap the stepside bed on it and sell it to me

Well got back from La around 4pm today, just woke up from a nap and still feel like i went 12 rounds with the swedish bikini team, tired but it was worth it
