I get away with a -6 return no problem. Remember, -6 can flow over 850 horsepower worth of fuel., if you're returning that much, you can always increase the return size right off the regulator with an adapter but there will be no need to do that.
Alright ill switch up my parts list and go with a -6 return. Did you ever fire the truck up???

Yes in fact I just fired it! It fired up really nice, no exhaust leaks, motor sounds excellent, built good oil pressure, and overall everything went very smoothly. Tomorrow I'm going to continue wiring the boost controller, the second fan on the trans coolers, and tun the dimmer lead to the interior gauges. Then probably take it out for a cruise and some tuning. I'm so stoked! I actually put the hood back on, and the grille in it.
