<P>Just talked to my hunter friend and he says there is no reason why you can't eat the meat after hitting the dear. Not sayin that your going to want to if it's smeared across the road. But if you gut it ASAP instead of keeping it in the bed of your truck all day your chances of having good meat are higher. Call the DNR right away and they may let you keep it or they will donate the meat to the soup kitchen or somewhere. Gotta love MN<BR> On a more Automotive note Your truck is beautiful!!!
