Well 800 boosted miles later and I was finally able to get some logging done today to send back to Justin. Truck hasn't had a single issue since the install, only time i'm opening the hood is to show off Tune seems good so far, just a slight stumble at partial throttle of boost due to richness but wot or past that is fine and pulls hard, I'm sure after the update it will feel like a whole new truck again.

The truck is due for tires/trans swap and all that but its taking a backseat so my daily can get some much needed maint and upgrading.

Picked up a 2500 from my father about a year ago, he bought it brand new, babied it and offered it to me for a price too good to pass up when he bought a new one. Was 100% stock so I replaced the shocks, did a tune up/ cranked the tbars until level and fixed some minor issues here and there.

Scored some H2 rims/tires off craigslist for $300 and although they look great on the truck, as you can see in the test fit, they rub with even the slightest turn of the wheel.

Suspension lifts are limited because of the backspacing of the H2 rims so I just ordered up a 3" PA body lift and some gap guards. While i'm in there I will be doing upper/lower balljoints, inner/outer tire rods and the pitman and idler arm. Hope to knock it all out and get the h2's on there next weekend, pics will be coming soon there after.

315/70/17 stock size for an H2. Work out to be about 34.5".

Forgot to mention the rims were just flat black when I got them but will be getting sprayed with bedliner this weekend before going on.

Nice work! You definitely want to move that maf at least 10 inches from the front of the throttle in a straight air path. You will have issues with tuning and drive ability otherwise.

Thanks, I have had a few people tell me about the tuning issues with the MAF in the spot I have it now. Aside from a small rich spike as soon as it enters boost I couldn't be happier with it. Will definitely keep an eye on the part throttle driving though and if anything seems off at least I have an idea on what to tackle first.

Sprayed one rim today just to see how it would work out. Not perfect but more than good enough for my daily beater.
