243's are the most commone but correct me if im wront they will drop compression on the 5.3...

they do if there stock 243s, i have livernois stage 2 heads and i milled .45 over

theres a lot of options u can use,talk to tuner/engine builder and go from there,what compression ratio u wanna run

I was thinking of the WCCHs, just wanted to see what else was out there. I am unsure on the compression, etc I will get with my performance shop so they can spec them out. Thanks for he leads on the other brands to look at.
