How reliable is the 6.2 376/515?
Hii
I'm gonna swap my 5.3L engine and put it in the new 6.2 376/515 HP engine from GM-Performance. My car is the 2010 RC gmc sierra with the new 6-speed transmission.
So i was wondering how reliable would it be for a daily drive?
I'm not a racing guy, just some fun from time to time.

Tho the price isn't listed I'd guess somewhere around 7k+. You should be able to get a 6.0 and punch it to a 370 or even buy a junkyard 6.2 and mod it to 515hp for less.
370ci LSX engines are GREAT street engines with plenty of potential and they really love being Boosted. That is why GM put the 6.2 in the ZR1. It allowed them to increase the boost and have a high horsepower Daily Driver that was reliable and got good fuel mileage.
