more of a sleeper?

the only things that will give this truck away is going to be the traction bars and rear tires. exhaust should be pretty smooth and quiet. I like things understated, no cowl hood, no huge rear tires, no stickers. just a little truck with a big dick.

it should just look like an s10 with a 2/3 drop and cheap rims. you will have to pop the hood or look under the truck to know what she really is.

well to me a sleeper is a truck that is unchanged, like the stock ride hight. other then that yours is a pretty good sleeper

here she is with a new belt routed for the car style intake. if you do it like this you will need a spacer about 3/4 inches thick or a ton of washers, a longer bolt, and a belt that is 102 inches long to 102.5 inches long, any shorter or longer and it wont work. it took me 4 belts to find that out. 100 and 101 were both too short, and a 102.7 fit but didn't have enough tension on it.

did anyone notice my detail work on the alt bracket?

just waiting for my welder now, scheduled delivery is tuesday

Got my welder in today, A lincoln 180amp/230v wire feed/mig. i'm getting argon, a cart, and a good mask this weekend, and a spool gun for aluminum welding after Mia is running

not gonna have much to update till the end of the weekend because I'm tiling my house fryday and saturday. i'll have a little bit of time on sunday but I dont know how much, having an early dinner with my family for my birthday(more welding stuff!)

my buddy started working on his 69 camaro, its going to be a driving project once he gets the back window in. 63xxx original miles on it, but its going to be a street rod. were going to turn it into a 396 clone with a little twist. since the 396 in 69 was actually a 402 were going to stroke a lq4/lq9 to a 402:cool4:. only has rust on the right rear fender!
