well guys I have good and bad news, the good news is that she will be on the road soon. the bad news is she will be under the power of a mild cam 5.3
this project started as a daily build and got a little out of hand, I'm fe up with trying to fix the tranny issues and the 6.0 is getting a new home and will be backed by either a built 65e or more likely an 80e. more details and pics to come this week.
mia is getting a 5.3 with a texas speed old man cam and matching valve train upgrades but nothing much else, also she will be getting the proper tranny and a 2600-2800 stall. her new heart is in the garage, and the last few parts are on the way.
the 6.0 is going in the new project..... details to come.

parts on the way
old man cam(215.6/220.2 .601/.525)
comp 918 springs
ls2 timing set
2600-2800 circle d converter.
trying to hunt down a ls6 intake for a good price, the 90mm intake I have right now is a little overkill for the new setup.
painting the new 5.3 tonight, start pulling the 6.0/4l60e.

update.
6.0 is out and will be getting some goodies before going into abby.
got the 5.3 and the right 4l60e in along with the goodies I got for them. I didnt detail this engine as much but once the intake and the last of the front brackets are on you wont be able to see the timing chain cover and valley cover anyways. I cant find a good deal on an ls6 intake so the truck intake will be going back on for now.
only pic I grabbed before leaving for school this morning.
Now I just need to hook up all the wiring and put the core support back on. shouldnt be hard since all the fab work was done last time.

Its true I have one on another site but there isn't much going on with it right now. After mia is done and I get a few house projects done ill be giving my attention to abby. She is a 84 c10 shortbed 305 auto for now. Almost completely stock, but I've got big plans for her, Bigger then Mia ever had. Ill get a pic when I get home, its a pain to post pics from my phone.
