I raced a g35 2 days ago and walked him
raced a g37 yesterday and he walked me after 80
so that gave me some motivation!
as soon as I got home I called up the local tune shop and made another appointment
to get her tuned. but its not untill the 10th of september 2 and a half weeks away! oh well, I guess that will give me some time to get her other loose ends tied up.
to do list.
-reset pinion angle(its way to negative)
-make cia box
-make my filler neck look better(make cover to hide ugly cuts)
-new tires
-fix trans cross member(hitting the body)
-install h pipe and tail pipes
I might try to get a trans temp sensor too.
a guy with a crossfire wants a peice too, but I dont think i'm gonna do any more high speed driving untill I get the pinion angle set right.

yeah....very interested to see how much that helped you out, and what your numbers are now at the tire. just got a 97 S-10 RCSB 2.8/5spd truck. I plan on a large single turbo 402 stroker and built T56. I have just read all 28 pages from start to finish here and have found a lot of useful info from your build. Just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to post everything...I did the same on here with my 97 GMC in my sig (which will have a new update next weekend), and I have recieved a lot of questions from other members as I believe I am the first to do my swap and keep it 4WD. I am so happy to see the passing of info for others on their projects from other members...IMO that is what this site is all about to keep the sport/hobby of hotrodding alive!
Props for your service as well...I am 10 years into my career in the army as well.

hey guys, sorry i've been out of the garage for a while and havent been on the site lately. I never got the tune, made 2 appointments and he cacelled both, finally said screw it, but my fuel pressure is really low all the sudden so I think I got a immitation walbro. right now my garage is torn apart for some remodeling so I havent bothered fixing mia yet. but i'm a little broke right now so I dont know when i'm going to be able to get her tuned and running right.
At this point i think i'll just get a mail order tune or e-mail tune, I'm good with a wrench and a welder but computers arent my thing. Ive tried finding someone local to help me out with hptuners but I havent had any luck with that.
