I'll have to get some pics of the valve covers this weekend. My camera is at a friends house. Truck feels way stronger on the bottom end. Top end is about the same as the 5.3 with timing and meth, maybe a bit stronger. Should be fun with another 4° of timing

Which turbo did you end up with? Still says S475 in sig.

Just put the S465 on it. That's how it's going to stay. Those pics show the size comparison between the two, 1.32AR exhaust housing with a 96mm turbine exducer on the 75, and a 1.10AR with an 83mm exducer on the 65. The 65 makes boost way sooner. I can actually roll into it in OD and almost get full boost Also a pic of the near-hidden valve covers. Wiring could use a little tidying-up, and it would look good with a coilpack relocate...we'll see.

I did lose about 2psi of boost, presumably because the exhaust side is smaller on the 65. Only gets 8psi on a 12psi spring I'm going to check in the morning to verify the quick spool isn't getting hung up. If it isn't, I may just have to swap in the lighter spring and pull the boost reference off of the WG. Maybe see about 11psi then.
