I did...problem is number 1.) no way in hell am I putting threadlocker on the tc bolts after rounding one off trying to get it out this summer when I was doing my 408 swap. And with the TCI flexplate im using, I need longer bolts to go deeper into the torque converter since these obviously dont go far enough, and since the plate is thicker it sits too close to the rear cover bolts without having to grind the head of the torque converter bolts...so what I really need is some longer bolts than have a torx head or something that wont round off with a short head in grade 8 or stronger...
I am really hoping the threads on the converter arent trashed. Does anyone know the thread size off hand?

WOW!
You are really trying to scare me from building a stroker. I have aways been fearful of all of the problems you can run into building a stroker. Parts of you build makes me feel confident, then you drop bombs like this. I sure hope this is the only problem with the new set up and that it becomes a simple easy fix of just needing new bolts.
I am sure you know but they do make a few different strengths of lock tight.

I hope so too. I am going to go to fastenal on monday and see what they have. Looks like I need a 20mm length in 10x1.5mm thread with a small head on it...
...and by the way, I took off the boost reference line on the wastegate which basically doubles the spring pressure, and 13lbs at 15 degrees is somewhere between holy **** and oh my god
