I am completely lost on your concern with a 2600 stall! I have a 2800 and you can't tell it is stalled for normal daily driving. Now my truck is lighter then yours but I don't understand why you felt such a difference with a tiny stall. Preference is preference but I am wondering if something was wrong with your stall. Anyone else that talks about small stalls agree that they are nearly stock feeling under normal driving.
