I'm diggin the messy garage. Now I know i'm not the only one on here who isn't **** about having a spotless workplace, lol.
Go with forged pistons AND rods if you can. That will make sure you have a shortblock that can handle more than you'll ever be able to throw at it.

I'm probably not gonna pursue 370. save some $ to put towards forged pistons/rods. I worked late tonight so I couldn't take the block to the machine shop. Maybe Monday or something. But prices sound pretty good. So I will probably keep myself busy and clean a little bit. That garage is really shitty right now :/ shoulda seen it before I cleaned my 8x6 area.

Beaver. You have too many motors layin around. You oughta give me one for christmas! The show I went to in athens friday night took it all out of me. But send me some pics if you took any.
BTW, got a valve spring tool today. Disassembled one head completely now. Will do the other one tomorrow. Trying to hit the machine shop this week!!!!!

We took some pics of mine and colyns trucks. none of the others, too busy drooling. theres some here in the southern section though. I need to order a tool, springs, cams, rods, blah blah blah blah blah....lol
