Here are some pics of the progress
welded up the holes in my firewall and painted it with eastwood satin black chassis paint

cut out some aluminum and mounted the dash

fed my turbo a 2liter dr pepper

got all the piping to make the crossover and some other little parts

Got the turbo mounted up tonight where I wanted it

More to come, my heads should be here start of next week. I will mount those up on my mock block and start getting the crossover welded up.

why use stock cast manifolds with such a wild build those will definatly be a restriction at those levels . definatly going to be a fastmobile. good luck with it .

Its been proven you don't need fancy tubular headers unless you are trying to get every last bit out of the build. Maybe next year I will switch over but at this time it is not necesary. The money for those headers can be better spent elsewhere. Thanks guys.

Your gonna wish you went F2 as I drive around you traitor...............

JFWY, looks like a bad *** build, and should make ridiculous HP! You planning on chassis upgrades? What's your time frame looking like before we get some dyno/track numbers?

lol... I am sorry man, I was dead set on staying with procharger but I got to talking with the guys at work and changed directions. As far as chassis upgrades I am just gonna throw some caltracs on it and drop the truck another 2" all the way around. I talked to SJM and they said I could send back my 16" bogarts and rering them with 15" barrels. I want to run Mickey Thompson 315 radials. We will see what happens with traction.

I want to try and have it done around November but we will see.

Awesome, you guys switching to turbos are just making it easier for me to stay at the front of the pack. As for the DR thing, madman wants me to try them as well. He says he can get it to hook regardless of the power I throw at it, and it will be faster with a DR than with a slick. We'll see......

Keep the pics coming

you too, when you get done with your truck and I finish mine we will have to run them. Maybe you can convince me to go back to great world of Procharger.
