Not really, all the air and heat has been removed and I am going to go under the truck and remove as much un needed stuff as posible. If I can get it to 4000 even with me that will be great.

4000 with me is my goal as well, though I've been told it will likely be lighter than that. Is your truck caged? If not, you should be able to get there pretty easy.

Waiting on a motor at the moment. I've also taken on two other projects so thats not helping with the $$$ either.

Alright the truck is out of the garage and almost complete. A couple little odds and ends to finish.
Run the fuel lines
hook up all the vaccum items
mount the trans cooler
and some other stuff.
Hopefully this weekend I will get some video of the first start.
