You gunna run the same cam that's in your 5.3 in the 6.0 ? You could go with a 3600 verter with that cam in the 6.0 and prolly have a pretty stout setup.. A lot quicker that 14.2

naw man dont worry about the posi! it will do everything you need it to. it looks really close to a aburn posi from the older 8.5 factory rear ends. its close to my eaton LSD too. now a true trac is nice, but prolly for the price, you wont find any better performance than the yukon. I like a clutch posi personaly, due to being able to rebuild it, and change spring pressures for different apps. I am never going to say anything bad about a true trac, and If I would have found a deal on one before I bought my easton LSD, I would have snagged one up.

I would say get you a 3600-3800 circle d stall and a spot on tune and 12's are in the bag. save the 6.0 for 11's.

I already sold the 5.3 with the cam... But when i do cam this 6.0, I think I'm gonna try the 224/230 EPS truck cam and either a yank or an edge converter (depending on how much money I'll have to spend lol). AND, an L92 top end is in the works too. But for now I'll drop it in stock with just bolt ons.

Thanks 4 the input on the rear end. And that was the plan with the 5.3 but i couldn't resist the deal on the 6.0 even tho I had to sell the 5.3 to get it.

Well my goal is 12.4 all motor and 11.5 on spray... Our local track requires a roll cage on anything faster than an 11.5, I just dont think i'm ready to cut up my interior yet... But for right now, my goal is a 13.6

Ok, so i've decided to install a TrailBlazer converter in the truck while i have the motor out. I'm having a hard time finding one tho... I ordered all the gaskets and bolts so now i just need the converter. Once I can find one for a decent price i'll order it right away.. Where do ya'll get them from?
