bars look great! heim joints look like too many threads are exposed

There are a few too many threads exposed for my liking. It's not a horrible problem that kept the bars from working but we are going to fix it. I'll be trimming some of the bottom leaf off to be able to slide the bracket back about .5".

And now on to the shifter...

If anyone ever runs across this thread while installing a B&M shifter...If when you install the cable and it is hard to push or pull the shifter, the cable is bad. Give up, call B&M and they'll ship you a new cable. We fought with mine for literally, hours. Finally got it adjusted to where it would go in all gears. I drove it for a couple days and then it all the sudden went out of adjustment. I got a new cable it was much easier to adjust and easier to move the shifter. No problems once that was ironed out.

Have you had a chance to test these bars out yet? I really like the way they look and work, i may need to get me a set of these.
