I see you went with the FTI, how would you rank that with the others? I have been leaning to the Yank PT 4l80MD 2800 vert.
Love my FTI converter. Worked great with nitrous and now we'll see how well it works with a turbo(rebuilt to spec of course). We have used them in a few of our racecars and they've always performed well. Greg's customer service is awesome. The fastest 99+ extended cab chevy silverado uses an FTI converter as well....

Good info, if you don't mind could you PM what they run? If not, I understand.

Got the heads put on the motor yesterday and measured for pushrod length. Also upgraded the trunions with the replacements from COMP. Super easy and worth the money in my opinion. Took me about an hour with a hammer, 13/16 socket, a punch and a vice.

Looks nice! I have done a few trunion upgrades for some customers, seems to be a good upgrade for the money! I prefer stock rockers so a bearing upgrade makes them even better lol

Injector harness, IAT, ECT and TPS harness done. dirt_track_racer_81 made me a custom fuel pressure regulator mount and I got the fuel lines for the intake done. Hope to drop this thing in the truck tomorrow or the next day and be tuning by this weekend!
