yes i called them. i had a thread about it somewhere. the first guy i talked was a complete douche and was VERY UNWILLING to help me. so i hung up on him and called back later to talk to a different person. the next guy atleast didn't act i'd just asked to sleep with his mom and KIND OF pointed me in the right direction. i have to take the springs off, send them in, and they're going to inspect them to see what happened then they'll make a decision on what they're gonna do

It makes sense because there are a lot of idiots out there that will just blame it on them when it turned out they used pushrods that were too long or something. Gotta watch their own to be sure they aren't getting screwed.
Hopefully they'll see it wasn't your fault.
