Made little progress

I do like that when your next to the truck even at "car" height you don't notice the links.

First of all nice truck and mods. Did you have to order the truck to get the 6.2?? Everywhere I look they have 5.3's .

Thanks. No, they had it on the lot. But most 6.2 where Denali and/or 4WD. It was this time last year so no more this body styles were being shipped because the 2019 were coming out soon.
I wanted bare minimum as possible and it was the last new one (GMC or Chevy) I could find in a 5 hour radius, luckily was right in town. SLT but No parking sensors, lane control, 4WD, 22s, etc..

Finished them up just before the rain

Going to do a test run and powder coat it all black later.

I've been really wanting to make traction bars for my truck but I haven't gotten around to it, and I wouldn't be able to make them as nice as you did. Would you possibly make another set and sell them?

When I go on a trip or plan on doing anything fun I'll get 91 but my normal driving I save the little bit of cash. I know people will prob give me crap but I do a fair amount of driving. I've had my truck about 8 months and close to 23,000 miles so it adds up faster than you'd think.

Hey man I came back in here to look at your exhaust setup and listen to sound clips again and noticed this post. When you run higher octane the computer ups the timing which gives you more hp/tq AND the MPG will go up a little. It's always evened out the cost of the fuel for me and I love the extra power. You might fill up once or twice and check your MPG against running 87

I did that when I was comparing running different octanes and e85. On fuel it was costing me (IIRC) 15.5 cents a mile and on e85 15.6.. I don't remember the exacts but it was .1 cent difference per mile it was costing me. In my last truck that I had, I switched to a 93 tune and gained 80 (60 or 80, can't remember, I really need to write things down lol) miles a tank out of it. So the cost pretty much evened out and it was far more fun to drive.

Congrats on making 398 on 87 octane with no intake by the way. That's killer. I think those trucks normally dyno around 360 ish (stock) on premium. So your truck is killing it.
