Not a problem
I've had 34 of the 88-98 trucks and have done all kinds of interesting stuff to them

I'd start with an exhaust for that beast. Header back. The 94's have the 4l60e so a stage 1 shift kit and corvette servo are a must to keep that transmission running healthy with all that weight. Electric fan, Roll pan, replace the bumper with a plastic bumper cover. Traction bars and pull some weight.

Don't put too much into that tbi. Once it starts to mess up sell it and pick up a 4.8 or 5.3. Best to get a whole truck that's been wrecked. The transmission plugs are the same so no stand alone computer.

My 94 burb has a 99 pickup 60/40 split front seat. They are an excellent match. Super comfortable.

Hey CGARacing, what do you know about makeing the barn doors into a tail gate. Any fabrication required or is it just a matter of swapping parts?

It is not a direct swap. There rear of the body is made different. The easy solution it to do what I did, just get one of each, LOL.

I orderd a Gibson cat back exhaust, should have it around May 7th-ish. Its a factory style replacement with a upgraded muffler. I aint expecting much out of it except a better sound. This will be replaced later anyways with a full custom exhaust when I do a full build later in life.

So yesterday me and my friend polished all the lenses on the truck. All the lenses had 200,000 miles of grime, and they were all faded matte finish. We did the full 4 step polishing kit. started with 500grit, up to 800 grit, then a wet 2000 grit, then ended with a polishing compound. The results were miraculous. I didn't take any before pictures but here is the end result
