Default My friend's 427lsx, 4ltr Whippled 4th gen fbody

Just thought you guys would like to see my friends latest build. It's obviously had a lot of customization! Will be an incredible ride when done. Don't see too many 4th gen fbodys with a whipple, especially a 4 liter

I've asked him the same question. Said he's going to use it for show more than anything, but looking to be in the 800rwhp range on low boost (5-7psi). I believe he said he would like to run 15psi when it's all said and done and be in the 1000-1200rwhp range.

How does he plan to make 800rwhp on 5-7psi. What heads?

Not entirely sure what heads, but I think they are trick flow. Sorry don't know all the specs. It's been a while since he told me the setup

not feeling the convertible or the front wheels being that wide, but whipple sure is different on a 4th gen maro.

Gosh looks like a lot of work! Personally I woulda cut the rest of the cowl off to showcase the blower a bit more. I wish they never would have done that on that car from gm. Almost like a minivan. Always been a royal peev.
