Yep my current muffler is the exact samemexcept it is 3.0.

you will be over 400/400! will be fun for sure man!! I know a guy that will port your TBSS mani for $150 while its appart. I am going to let him port my intake later down the road( few months). let me know if you neep any help.

First round of parts arrived today. Exhaust parts arrive tomoorow and heads next week

exhaust this weekend, heads/cam swap next thursday... Idle vids next friday ...

Exhaust parts arrived today. The muffler is insanely HUGE and 3.5 inch exhaust bemds and pipe are also freaking HUGE.

Oh and this is the 5th magnaflow muffler i have bought and installed on my truck. Kinda sad actually

this is how i am going to connect the catback. There will be 1 connection at the end of the ypipe and 1 at the end of the muffler holding on the tailpipes. From summit collector rings are ~$5 a set, but i use 2 sets per connection, welding them togther doubles the thickness of the flange. The final thickness comes out to be 3/8+ thick. No way that will bend. This is how my current exhaust is setup and I have never had a leak. I am also using percys aluminum gaskets with a light coat of hi temp rtv. My headers use vbands
