anything that loads the engine. I got the old 6.0/sts/gt-67 .96 to spool at the line with low timing and lots of fuel, I was able to lanch at 3,000 rpm with a stock 80 verter.

Yes, for now.

Well I pulled all the crap back off so I could start getting the truck itself ready for the added heat. Here is the pic of the manifold/waste gate/down pipe. You can also see the turbo support that bolts to the head in the background. (The support still needs to be cleaned up)



Here is a shot of the crossover and exhaust, you can see the cutout in the exhaust as well.



Here is the up to date pic. old heat shield is off which will be replace by a much biger one and the trans lines wrapped.

ahmen. Doing it yourself is great but a PITA. I started making a merge with the above mentioned tools and was done, I almost broke out the stick welder but did not want to further jack up my pipes

Looks good, the sastifaction of doin it your self must be great!
