It is, and I love doing the work, just frustrating when under a tight time restraint, noise restraint and lacking of tools< which is a big issue for me. I have WAY more money in tools than I do my truck.

Thanks Dude.

Well I got a bit more done last night...

I got the frame wax striped, the frame painted, and the ABS harness rerouted. I also finished up my oil cooler support. (pics of that later)

At work, I got my split exhaust, single waste gate flange idea going. Each bank will remain divided. The waste gate valve will seal up (somewhat) at the end of each port, once the gate opens both sides merge, and are bypassed. I'm pretty sure it will work, my only worry is, now the gate wont flow enough to keep boost steady... I'll just have to try it and find out..

Still need a little clean up, but you get the idea..

Dusty you're a metal sculpting artist. How did you remove the frame wax? The less ecologically sound the method the better (pressure washer filled with benzene). I would like to clean the bottom side of my frame rails.

I used a puddy knife, Carb cleaner, and a few rags.

Thanks guys.

I removed about fifteen feet of wide band wire, and started bending metal for the heat shield. Hopefully I'll have the turbo installed and the fender bolted back up this weekend.
