No spooling issue, I was leaving at 2500 rpm with 2-6psi of boost, but the cam doesnt come on until 4000...

Yea, 4000 feet. But I don't think the higher air pressure at sea level is going to help the cam "come on" much sooner. I just think my ivc is to late, Hopefully advancing the cam will help without killing my exhaust valve event timming....

The cam doing that must make it a bit difficult due to the 80E and it's tall first gear. It may be of help though getting the truck to launch. Have you considered a small shot of nitrous? You could use a 100 shot and not even brake boost the thing. Just run a window switch from 2000 to 4500 and stab it off idle. That should spool the turbo quick and still give you a killer 60' as well as get rid of the delay from the cam. Once you get past 4500 the nitrous wouldn't even spray again the rest of the run since the 80E has such nice and close gearing (very little rpm drop on the shifts). What are the cam spec's?
