My truck is 4wd
Swapping the input shaft in the tcase is a half hour job, drive shafts is a matter of taking a measurement and bringing it in
Did the swap by myself with hand tools in a day easy

If I ever did it I would like to use the T-case off a 2500HD That way it would bolt right up and have a stronger T-case and ditch the AutoTrac

I run a 246 but I picked up a 241 for when I do my SAS
Have you looked into doing that 2500hd swap? Got a buddy with a 07 nnbs 1500 wanting to do that swap and every company he has talked to said its a no go

I have a turbo Suburban we can't finish tuning. What are you running for the rear end? I've gone through a 2nd Yukon posi setups now with 4.56 and 400lb springs. Keeps chewing up spider gears. Can't find the ghost that causes this. I have a built 4L60 with a ton of 65/Allison/Vette parts, shift kit and a 2400 stall built Trailblazer converter. Looking to go back to 3.73 and add a girdle to see if it helps. First time I blew it with my old supercharger on the very 1st 1-2 shift with 365whp. This time was a lot more power but same failure.

Your build looks awesome. Keep the updates coming

I still have the factory G80 3.73 rear end with 240k on it works great have had no problems with 500 to wheel. but I don't have a lot of miles yet on the truck with that power I blew 3/4 clutches on my 4L60E about 6,000 miles after the build, waiting on funds for a 4l80e setup.
