Question how much bigger of a trans cooler is needed for this set up I removed the factory one the issue I really don't want to put it in front of the intercooler would it still cool ok if i put it in between the radiator and condenser?

Get a tru cool 40k. Don't you have room in front of the condenser?

What intercooler is that? Which turbo also?

I put my 40k behind my front mount and it works great. I mounted it as high up, just about flush w the top of the rad, as I could to keep air flow through it as much as possible.
