Yeah with a .005 cleanup it would be a 403 instead of a 408.

Is 4.060 too far on a 6.0 block to retain decent wall thickness?

Just for my clarification. The fittings on the trans is 1\4 NPT. I fixing to redo my lines as well. Ive understood the 60e and 80e use the same fittings coming out????? thanks.

Is Rex gonna do the rebuild as well.

I've heard that you can take them to .080 over, but I don't think I'd feel comfortable that far over.

Got the plug wires all cut and routed today. I used MSD 8.5mm superconductor wires. I wanted blue, but they only make this kind in red and black.

This setup consists of a universal LT1 kit, a set of straight plug boots (the LT1 kit comes with 90's), and a Moroso separator kit for a Ford V8. I just had to drill out the holes on the separator mounting brackets, otherwise everything fits very well.

Mike snuck in on this one

Looks nice and clean! Does the wire kit come with 90 degree boots or can you get 90 degree boots for the spark plug side? I need to do something like this for my log header side do to a poor plug wire burning design.

Looks good, but are you sure there is enough room back there? once the motor is in and everything?

That is very creative. Is it me or is one coil different from the others? Either way, very nice work for a home project.
