Pump setup looks good, got the same setup but I didn't loop the rails around. Also have two pumps and Efans with no problem. I've done it for 35k miles /two years and have two amps kicking out music as well. Heck I had the same setup on my Talon for 5 years and I'm sure a much weaker alternator with no issue.

I had to get a my convertor reworked as well. Drove me nuts when my RPMS didn't move with MPH.

Yeah im going to order another pump next week and see how far I get with twin 255s stock fuel lines and #80 injectors. And im going to see if the converter acts a little better once I set the shift points higher, this was 5500 I think when its shifting at 6500 it will be better, even if the converter dont push throw I think its better to have a tighter one with the turbo cause they like to lug a little harder. I want to try and see how fast I can go without a trans brake so I had him set it up so I could brake stall a little higher. 6 weeks till are track opens I hope to get some base runs on 12 psi e85 then and start slowly dailing her up.

Been busy lately so not much has happened, I was getting a little lifter knock from time to time so I pulled it all back apart a put new ls7 lifters in it, I really hope this is the last time I have to pull my heads off! Getting that wraped up today and installing the 80# injectors, the 255 pump should be here next week. Also got a tripple gauge pod ordered that will have wide band, boost, and trans temp in it. In a months time I hope to get some base track times on this dude.

What boost level did you max out your injectors?

My 60's seemed to be maxed out around 11-12 psi.

my 44# were maxed out at 120 percent at 13psi, these 80s hit 60 percent at 13psi. But I dont have a boost ref reg so its just setting at 56-58 psi.

Any updates?

I have a 2000 Silverado that I'm going to turbocharge soon. It sounds like I should be able to just do dual pumps in tank and be okay. Is that what you did or did you use a hobbs switch to activate the 2nd pump? I'm seriously think dual Denso 1020's would work best for me. Not sure how much room there is in the stock fuel bucket though.

Cool build man!

I havent got time to do much of anything on it lately, been driving it a round on 10 psi with the single pump still, Im still panning on duel 255s with an 8 an line and seeing how far it gets me, im just looking for 15psi on e85 for now, and with a boost a pump im hopeing to reach 18 psi.

Nice build man, can't wait to see what kind of numbers you make when it's turned up.

I just feel I have to much stall in this thing, 12 psi on 91 im only seeing 600 rpm drop in the shifts and im still on my 4.56s, so im going to get it restalled from a 3700 to a 3200 If she dont spool up ill just add a hit of n20 at the line, im also going to be installing the 3.73 gears aswell as the fuel system upgrade. Hoping to get some shake down passes with this thing sometime this year yet if I ever get that far.
