btw put the street scene grille back in IMOI have always been a fan of your truck. Definately going to take some ideas and use them on my new truck.
A bunch of questions for you:
What kit were you using when you were at 2/4?
And do you have any close ups of the tonneau cover? Can you see the plastic rail caps at all? How does it look where the front of the cover meets the cab at the corners? Does it stick way out? How long have you had it and are you satisfied with it?

Tonneau is the ******* X2000. Love it. Had it for about 2 yrs. Does not stick out at all, hugs the body lines and keeps it dry inside. Maybe this pic will help you?

You can't flip the axle on a 4WD?
X2000 is the way to go. I love mine.
