I purchased the breathers from Speed Inc off of E-bay. I still have them on and used a passenger side valve cover on the drivers side to mount one also.

I received the Final Billet Aluminum SuperCharger Pulley's today in 3.2 and 3.1 sizes for the TrailBlazer SS. I polished the 3.1 and installed it to see what the boost would be. It is now a solid 17 psi of boost at redline.

And is it pieced together from elbows and straight pieces that maybe somebody else could use to make their own custom intake, or is it molded in one piece?

This was posted on another site. This is what is used to assemble the Intake Tube.

You will need the below items and a few clamps. I cut 1" off of the 4" diameter Hump Hose and then joined all of the with 4" aluminum tubing inside of the joints. This way when assembled you dont see anything except the rubber tubing. Once everything is mocked up and the angles are all correct use Indutrial Superglue and bond all the joints with a section of aluminum tube inside each joint. When you are cutting the rubber tubing make sure to use a razor knife, dip the razor knife in a cup of water and it will cut the rubber much easier.

http://store.airflo.com/rubber-hoses---clamps.html

(1) K&N E0773 (you will insert a 4" long section of aluminum Tube into the filter)
(1) Rubber Hump Hose 4"
(1) Rubber Intake Elbow Short Radius 90 Degree 4"
(2) Rubber Intake Elbow 45 Degree 4"
(1) Reducing Hose Insert 4" to 3.75" (only if using the stock MAF)
(1) Reducing Hose Insert 4" to 3.5" (only if using the stock MAF)
(1) 12" section of 4" Diameter Aluminum Tubing

They also have some very nice Stainless Steel Band Clamps that I use. If you are using the Ligenfelter 100mm Maf it will fit perfectly in the intake tubing and you will not need the reducing hose inserts.

**You will need to cut the aluminum into (3) 4" long sections.
