The L92's have an increased thickness to the Valve Cover Rails on the intake side like the aftermarket LS1 heads. They are hitting right on the end for the pushrods. I sent them a head and the rockers this morning and they should have the issue resolved so they can go into production of these. The rockers are 10 grams lighter then the stock rockers too.

The only down side is that if we have to use 1.8 ratio for clearance I will need to have another cam ground as I have the cam here already and it was ground for the 1.7 ratio.

Plans changed a little on the rockers. They will need to redesign the push rod cups in order to use the rockers on the L92 heads.

I have a set of the stock rockers ordered from Scoggin and Dickey along with the rocker supports and bolts. I am sending the stock rockers to Harland Sharp for the HS Modification. They change out the fulcrum so the needle bearing don't fall apart. I will post up pictures as soon as I get them back.

I have not been billed yet because of the change in plans. I have seen it on LS1Tech that they charge $250.00 to do it for you.

i bought a set of the stage 2 317's from another member here and had them sent to Richard to go through. If not for the great deal i was considering the L92's. Once the new rockers come in from the dealer i'm going to send them out to Harland for the conversion. I also have a 122 waiting to go on and a comp cam with Richards suggested specs for my truck. My blower is satin but i'd like to have it polished. I think i read that you were the man or you had the hookup. I also need to get on a set of LT's.

I received the modified L92 Rockers back from Harland Sharp today. They remove the needle bearing and replace the pivot with a new one that has c-clips. These use the stock L92 Rock Supports and they come with new rocker bolts.

The L92 Roller Tip Rockers will come out some time in the near future, I will try a set when they are available.

Since your in the testing stage have you thought of testing back/back the L92's against another head like AFR,ETP,or trickflow?
