Anyone got an idea what this fitting in the valley cover will be used for?

Center oil fill?

Haha.. Yea going to use a vette air pump as a vaccuum pump..

Too much oil in there for a vacuum pump apparently. That's where we run them on the old sbc and bbc but the people I've talked to suggested the valley cover as the best place

Got it running this after noon.. Had a fair bit of tuning to do on the idle. Got it to idle at 800 rpm. Idles at 80-81 kpa.. Drove it around and it drives around awesome!!
I'll get some idle vids posted here once they get uploaded. Vids from being in the shop does it no justice.

80kpa How many degrees of timing is it idling at? Can't wait to hear it. I bet that cam sounds wicked
