yes. that number you speak of is called "required fuel". i think we could use a number on that 2nd table that will give us higher numbers on that table. we are not using much of the range avaliable. you can go as high as 255 for those numbers. you try and use a number there that allows you to use a lot of the range so you get the highest resolution but also that isn't too near the top so when you make changes it doesn't put you over 255 and cause you to start over.

did that make any sence? with meth those numbers go up to around 90. i would like to see them more in the 150-200 range to give us the higher resolution.

do you see the blue dots on the ve2 table? while you move on the chart from the right to the left that blue dot on the ve table shows you what cell or cells it was looking at. you look at the wideband, then see what cells it is looking at, then adjust that cell on the ve table.

it is really easy to do the wot tuning. there is some warm up stuff and some accel enrichment's that take a little more time.

here is a vid someone got last friday. they didn't get our best run. not much to see, car looks smooth. next friday is some nitrous off the line to get things moving. our track is real picky about going too fast so we will have to be careful not to go to fast, 6.40. probably have to let off before the end.

13.15 @ 47.5 mph in the 1/8th!!! That's smoking!!!
Looks like in a few of the races you were bracket racing or trying to keep up with the guys next to you. Car does look smooth.

What is the tubing fabbed in front of the intake elbows for? The one with stand-offs and AN caps? Nice work too, I really dig your work!

those were going to be our primary injectors(pump gas). they didn't distrubute the fuel like we thought they would so we gave up on that location and just put in a whole set of 8 at the ports. we might still use them some day for more alcohol.

we got some spray off the line on friday. new best et is a 6.40@109 with a 1.53 60' that was late in the night when the track wasn't soo sticky. i am 90% sure the car has another easy .1 in the 60'. that should be good for high 9's with 13.5psi.

our goal is 8.99 on the stock long block. let say we can pull some 1.3's and push it to 15psi. that seems like a 9.5 to me. 8.99 seems out of reach without a built motor but we will give it a shot.

Nice, thanks for the feedback. Is most of this stuff a trial and error every time?
