Well I got the overall header design done. I still need to finish the merge at the flange for number one and five. and tack number five. The headers are as equal length as I have patience for, Number three is about an inch to short..

It is a lot worse than it sounds.... SO many ideas, but so much new to me....


I got the drivers side header all tacked together. I need adjust one primary that rolled while tacking, but now I just need to make a device to hold the stupid thing and weld her up....

Looking good mister!! I take it that the gap between 5-7 is for the Down pipe? At least this time you won't have to notch the frame!!

I got a few supplies the other day. I could not stand the titanic looking factory water pump and my planed belt routing wont allow a full on electric water pump, I decided to go with a cheap cast aluminum one.



Think I have enough 1/8 NPT weld bungs??

Yep, the down pipes will be little 3" guys, I wish I has room for 3.5" but what-ya-going-to-do?
