On your set up or a 5.3L what is the max "safe" boost range to run on 93 octane? around 10psi?

Got the muffler to the exhaust shop and back. I got it bolted up under the truck. Went to start it... Dead battery. Of course...
I was going to try and drive it home tonight for the first time but it looks like it wasn't meant to be. I have the truck on the charger as we speak so hopefully I can at least get it turned over and started for an exhaust clip.

I left my HPT module plugged into the OBD2 port so that is what drained the battery. I couldn't get it to start with the battery charger so I had to jump it with my car. The truck is SUPER quite like stock. You can't even hear the exhaust unless you walk to where it its dumped over the axle. It is exactly what I wanted.
The turbo is super quiet though now. When I had an open downpipe, you could hear the BW whistle anytime you were in the throttle. Now I can barely hear the damn thing. Is that because of an increase of back pressure?
