So I commanded it to shift at 5700rpm and it still went up to 6400 before shifting. I think I found what was shutting the truck down in first gear last night. I had my ECT limiter enabled and set to 6500rpm. So I think It was slamming the throttle blade shut and that is why it fell off so hard. IDK

Nice runs man!

And yes the delayed shifts are a big problem. The more boost I give it the more delayed the shift is. I have my command at 4600 rpm and it shifts at 6250 under 14 psi. Lol. At 10 psi it will shift at 5900-6000

Glad it isn't just me then. I was worried I had something internal that needed to be fixed. 1-2 shift is super delayed but I will keep lowering the RPM. I would never think it would have to be as low as 4600rpm . My 2-3 shift is money every time. Thanks guys for the reassurance!

Thanks bud, just need to focus on the 60'. Next track date is Feb 14th and I plan on going for sure. They don't allow slicks for some stupid reason but I have some ET Streets I will be running.

Plans before next track outing:

All new fuel system
Assassin bars
Wire 2 step to brake pedal
Hook up line lock
Holley Hi Ram

I know the assassin bars will help with wheel hop, but didn't think they would do much for tire spin...curious to see how they work out for you.

Would be cool if you could run the assassin bars with the tires you ran last weekend and with the new ET tires to see the difference in both.

Assassin bars are traction bars. They do help with wheel hop but there main purpose is to plant the tire to the ground. Last week I was running the ET streets so the only change will be the assassin bars. We'll see how much they will shave off my 60'.
