I think right now I'm around 5300-5400rpm when crossing. Yea it will be harder to hook with more gear but that is part of the game. I'll need more tire and a good burnout. Probably shocks too.

GMCtrk, good point about the weight. I'd like to daily drive a 15" wheel so I need something with enough strength. I heard the street/strip bogarts won't fit with the s10 calipers. You have to have drums to run them. Only the drag only bogarts will fit with S10 calipers. If anyone knows different, let me know.

I see what you mean about the 3.42s, they are taking forever to get to 60 and holds the gear so long, but that 12.3 run was a nice hook, pretty awesome how much those assassin bars helped. I think hooking with those 3.90s you would be easy 11s all day.

Were you on 13lbs for the runs?

Sorry bud, just saw this. Yea if the truck is properly geared for the track and for what mph i'm trying to trap, I will easily be in the 11's. Still haven't made a clean pass yet. The 12.3 pass was pretty close to being clean but I still had to lift at the 1-2 shift for a split second. You can see in the videos that I get some boost creep going through the gears. And my log through HP Tuners is always about 2psi less than what my AEM gauge shows. So I'm not sure which one to believe.

Good news is that I ordered 4.10's today so this truck is about to get a whole lot more fun.

Goals before next track date (even though I didn't hit any of my previous goals):
FIX LINE LOCK
4.10 Gears
15x10 wheels with MT 315/60-15 tires.

Just got bent over at discount tire. $850 later and I have some heavy *** cragar drag wheels and 315/60-15 tires.
