I have no idea. I'm guessing I will be around 23-24 with my 4.8L when it blows into a million pieces. I know this turbo will feed 50+psi in a diesel application.

94lb/hr at 4 bar. They were already at 85% on the dyno making only 578hp I'm either going to go with FIC 2000's, ID1300, or ID2000's. Cant make up my damn mind. Obviously the FIC are priced way better but I know I won't have any idle/cruise fueling issues if I go with Injector Dynamics.. It's just money right?

If my fueling was on point, this 4.8L would have been pushed to 24 psi already. Not that I have the suspension/tire to make it hook at that level but I would have at least tried it a few times

Yea ID says I'll be around 85% IDC with E85, 408ci, and 25lb of boost with their ID1300s. So they should have me covered. But for $50 more, I could just get the 2000's and never have to worry about it again. They are $2000 vs FIC2000's $1000 price tag.. So it makes the FIC's super tempting.

FWIW I just used a set of ID1300s in a twin turbo Challenger that made 955whp on e85. Duty cycle was at about 87% at 6800rpms.

I would try to avoid having to go to the 2000s if at all possible. Even though IDs are the best of the best, it will still be hard to get them to behave at very small pulsewidths. I used them in the past when the 1300s were not an option and they proved to be tricky.

What does your fuel system consist of? Are you running a retun style with a boost referenced regulator? To me, thats a key component for big boost applications where you might want to run a lower base fuel pressure at idle and still get what you need at WOT.

Thanks for the input man. I'm worried about going with the 2000's because they will be in my 4.8L for a while. I'm worried it will be tough getting them to idle consistently in such a small engine.

The fuel system will be twin walbro 450's, -10 Feed, -6 Return, Aeromotive vacuum referenced regulator, 58psi base pressure.

I think the 1300s will be fine then. On the Chally I was running 43psi base pressure with a 1:1 regulator. I talked to ID about injector sizing and they said if I had any problems with duty cycle, I could run base pressure at 55-58 with no issues what so ever.

On thing to think of when setting a high base pressure and running a lot of boost is weather your regulator can handle the pressure. 58psi base + 25psi boost = 83psi fuel pressure. I once blew out a Holley regulator on a Corvette cause I wasn't paying attention to my pressures under boost.....

The last car I used ID2000s on got switched to 1000s and c16 rather than e85. It was in a GTR and the little 3.8 v6 didn't know what to do with the giant injectors, so your feelings about the 4.8 aren't too far off.
