Testerossa wouldn't play with me. He laughed when I pulled up next to him but then he heard the turbo spool I'm sure he would have kicked my *** but it would have been a fun race.

Haaa, you'd be surprised! He probably can't drive worth a **** and yes they were quick back in 1980s, but it's no longer the 1980's..

When you add in the fact that all the maintenance probably hasn't been done to it, at the end of the day it isn't as fast as you'd think..

Sure he'd probably wail on you at 160mph, but stop light to stoplight I doubt he'd pull on ya..

I do have to give him credit for style points tho.. Sorry, I love our trucks, but a Testarossa wins hands down in the style department..

Yea it was a good looking car for sure. Wide as hell. Only thing that needed to be changed was the exhaust. I couldn't hear it at all.

Subscribed for updates. Just found this build and read all 57 pages over last 2 days. I'm in Vegas well henderson actually and am gonna do a rcsb 4.8 turbo. The CCSB 5.3 is just to big and heavy to build up. Stoked ur in Vegas and can maybe help with questions if need be. Not sure if I saw u at the last midnight mayhem but I was in the lifted red CCSB on 35's if u saw that coast down the track at 16 sec's. Haha. Can't wait to see future updates and what u get outta the 4.8. Over 550rwhp is plenty of what I was wanting to get so even more excited to get it going.

Good to see another local! I couldn't make the last midnight mayhem as I was out of town. There are a bunch of upgrades I'd like to get done before going out there again but we will see. 550rwhp is pretty easy to hit with these engines and I really believe the 4.8L I have now will live a very long time at that power level. Are you putting the turbo on the red truck with 35's?

No it's my DD and don't have another vehicle to drive/use for work too. I might if I get a small car cause truck has 178k on the clock and it's so heavy it wouldn't be too fast. So I wanna find a reg cab with a 4.8 to turbo. Just starting to get pieces now for the turbo cause I gotta piece it together cause I can't afford to buy a kit or bigger things at once. Was thinking of doing a rear mount to not mess with a log/manifold but we'll see when time comes. If I see u around or ur going to the track let me know cause I def wanna check out ur setup. Looks like u love out in the north/nw area. Always out at my buddies off Ann/95 working on his drag car.

Both of you guys are next to me. Ann/Jones here. Funny I have not seen your truck more often. I am steadily approaching this thing being able to fire for the first time. Now I just have to teach myself how to tune
