Yea I have everything. The only think I will need to move is the suction hose. The stock one does come with goodyear barrier hose like you said. The aftermarket A/C hose that was expensive was Aeroquipt braided line. I am just going to go with standard barrier hose and buy the crimp fittings and adaptor fittings I found on ebay. I just need to find an adaptor fitting for the accumulator. I need something that bolts to the accumulator and has male #10 threads on the outside.

Ight, I did some measuring in case anyone else goes down this road. Looks like the dimensions on both ends of the suction hose are close enough to the same to be able to use the #10 adaptor fitting I posted yesterday. The accumulator side of the hose is a bit smaller than the compressor side as you can see in the pics but it doesn't really matter since the flanges don't recess into the accumulator or compressor... Hope that makes sense. The Oring sits recessed in the accumulator and compressor flanges and then the hose just seals against that. In fact the uncompressed metal around Oring is .0455" and the recession in the accumulator is .0435". So if fully compressed down to the metal, there is a couple thousandths of clearance. Only question now is if #10 (1/2" ID) is big enough for this suction hose...? The stock goodyear hose is 3/4" ID but the ID of the stock hose at the fittings only .575". So I don't know if a full 1/2" hose will suffice. I'm going to make a new thread with these questions to see if I can find some A/C experts on this site.

I just ordered some hose and fittings to test fit everything. I found some adaptor fittings that go from #10 on the fitting end to #12 on the hose side. So it will be a little smaller than stock, but hopefully not too small I'm also talking to a guy on ebay who will sell me two of the compressor adaptor fittings. Once I get those on the way, I will be able to test fit some different hose variations. I will also need to find a new spot for my trans cooler and get the condenser back in place.

This is barrier hose, not AN stuff. #10 is 1/2" ID and 1" OD. Here is a break down:

I got these fittings in today for the accumulator to compressor suction line. Looks like they are good quality and they fit on the accumulator perfectly. Should work out like I planned. ColdHose shipped my fittings and hose this morning. Here are some pics
I took the grill out of my truck today during lunch, took the front A frame bolts out, and tried to slip the condensor back between the 40K and radiator. It didn't fit for **** so the cooler needs to be moved. So far I can only see it fitting below the intercooler, in between the frame. Once I find a place for that, I'll flush the condenser, bolt it in, and get a new compressor on the way.

Last night I helped a buddy rebuild an S&S stroker for his bike. I didn't have any time to work on the truck. But I did get the three fittings and barrier hose I ordered so today I started playing with routing options. With the accumulator, adaptor fitting, and 90* fitting in place, there is only about half an inch of clearance from the fitting to the downpipe. Since I want to keep this stuff clear from the turbo, I remembered that when I had my V6 in the truck, the accumulator suction outlet was on the side of the can instead of right in front of the downpipe. So I think I'm going to end up with a V6 accumulator back in the truck. The problem with that is that I will have to route the barrier hose over the top of the engine. It won't look very clean but it will be best for functionality..... Let me know what you guys think.

Not sure if I should just route the barrier hose under the hi ram and out between one of the runners back to the accumulator or run it right above the fuel rail along the manifold body... Or if this is even a good way to route it at all. You guys think there will be too much heat on the hose from the cylinder head?

I'm guessing there haven't been many replies about the A/C because we're all watching to see how you do it and most of us have stock stuff. it's looking sweet, I'm interested to see it all back together.
It's too late to ask this question but how come you didn't get a stock hose and bend the accumulator toward the pass side?
How much space do you have on the oil filler tube? It looks like your exhaust housing is ceramic coated, how long have you been running with this combo?
