went out to mexico last nigh and my buddy was out there with his c5 z06 that he just recently put a vortech ysi on and he put down 816hp to the wheels on a dyno jet . on the way home we were cruising at around 60 and and he puched it and so i layed into it a lil bit (60-70%throttle) needless to say he only got ahead of my by a hood or so we only got to 100-110 mph wasnt a huge pull or anything but i was surprised the truck held with him specially since i wasnt wot. i cant wait to get my new pumps in and get my truck tuned i think its going to be a monster.

Taking the truck down to Vegas on the 30th of September to get tuned and will be hitting the track on the 4th of October while I'm there in Vegas if anybody wants to come check it out.

Yep zippy will be dyno tuning it for 2 days so will see what she's putting down also.

Yea midnight mayhem brings a lot of fart cans and young kids to the track. And they typically don't prep the track unless they have a showcase class that night. The test 'n tune is more expensive ($50 vs $15 at midnight mayhem) but you should get a better track and faster cars. I can't wait to see what your truck runs here in Vegas. It will give me a good goal for my truck

Are the rules the same as far as safety equipment and what not or will they let you run faster with out a cage at midnight?
